Rachel Barcellona says she was once told she would never graduate from high school. According to FOX 13 in Tampa, she is now an Autism advocate, a college student and occasionally sings the National Anthem at Tampa Bay Lightning games. Later this month she will be able to tell the judges at the pageant in Lakeland about how she rose above the challenges in her life. What a great story!
