An event is being held this weekend to benefit the son of a longtime employee of the Palm Beach County School District.
The 360 Bikers Foundation, a non-profit, is holding a poker run on Saturday, to help pay the medical bills incurred by Andrew Camerino. His father, Ernie, works in the HR department. Here is Andrew's story and details on the event from organizers:
Andrew Camerino was a young man like many we know. Healthy. Working. Smart. A good kid. Out of the blue he is struck down at the age of 26 by a stroke and aneurysm. Left nearly helpless, he is fortunate to have his family insurance to get him through this tough time... for awhile.
Then, the insurance company removes his insurance because of his age and he is left with nothing but the love of family and friends. It could happen to anyone. It is not a good thing. That is why we help.
Our starting location is The Fulton-Holland Educational Services Center (School District Headquarters) at 3300 Forest Hill Blvd.
You don't have to be on a motorcycle to participate! Cagers (people in 4-wheel vehicles) are definitely welcome. The purpose is to raise money to help Andrew.
