Here’s a rundown of some Facebook status updates we could use a little less of, according to www.uncoached.com:
•The location status update – Really. We don’t care where you are.
•Complaining about Facebook itself – It’s a free service that you’re more than likely on eight hours a day. If it’s so painful to you, just get off.
•One word updates – Even Twitter has more characters than that. Find your inner ambition and try to write a complete sentence.
•The subtle bragging updates – Yes folks, we’re jealous and we don’t need Facebook to remind us of how crappy our own lives are.
•Self-taken pictures – There have been just too many self-taken bathroom pictures floating around. It’s time for something new. (Uncoached.com)
