Charlie, is a 3 year old Domestic Short Haired kitty with orange and while markings. He was abandoned at Safe Harbor in May, 2012. Upon first glance we new he was a very special boy. He is shy and reserved until you start to pet him, then he melts like butter! However, Charlie IS a very special cat. After a thorough exam by Safe Harbor veterinary staff, it was determined that Charlie was born with a "special" right eye. He lookes like he is winking, but he just has one very small eye, and one bright, shinny, love filled eye. His special eye does not bother him whatsoever.
