Billy was born at Safe Harbor. His mom was rescued and taken to Safe Harbor just days before giving birth to her kittenis. This bundle of playful joy enjoys the company of people as well as other pets. A few of Billy's favorite things include catnip filled toys and a warm lap to cuddle on.
