She came to Safe Harbor in November, 2012 as an owner surrender along with several other Shiz Tzus. Rizzi is a playful, fun loving girl who enjoys the company of people, as well as other dogs and even cats! Rizzi has been tested, vaccinated, spayed and micro-chipped. All she wants for Christmas is a loving fur-ever home. At 12 years of age, Rizzi qualifies for Safe Harbor's Senior Program. Please ask for details.

Stray #2 - Bob
Bob is a terrier mix who was surrendered to Safe Harbor in March of 2009 when his owner lost his home due to financial issues. Bob is cautious around strangers, but once he gets to know you, he is quite the companion. Bob is approximately nine years old but still very active and full of energy. Bob is best suited in a quiet adult only home and insists on being an only pets. Bob has been tested, vaccinated, neutered and micro-chipped. Stray #3 - Savannah
Savannah is a beautiful female spayed kitty with stunning Tortie markings. She was was rescued as a tiny kitten in May of 2009. She is a little shy at first, but affectionate when she gets to know you. Savannah would be best suited for a quiet adult home. She enjoys the company of people as well as other pets. Stray #4 - Lillie
Lillie is a stunning tiger striped kitty who came to Safe Harbor in April, 2010. At just 8 months of age, she was surrendered by her owner because she was pregnant and they did not want to be bothered with the responsibility of having a litter of kittens. Lillie has been spayed, so no more kittens for her! All of her kittens are in fur-ever homes, now it’s Lillie’s turn. She gets along well with everyone she meets, including other cats as well as dogs.
Stray #5 - Amala
Amala, is a beautiful Mackeral Tabby cat. She was born in the summer of 2011 and was brought to Safe Harbor as a stray who was unable to walk and could only drag her rear legs. Amala needed lots of TLC and time to build up her rear legs. Safe Harbor has provided provided both. Today, while she awaits her loving fur-ever home, Amala gets lots of exercise in the Serenity Room at Safe Harbor’s Palm City’s Cattery. She can now even jump and climb like all other cats. JAZZYBELL CAME TO SAFE HARBOR AS A 3 WEEK OLD KITTEN IN APRIL , 2008. SHE WAS ADOPTED LATER THAT YEAR AND RETURNED IN 2009 DUR TO A FAMILY ISSUE. JAZZY IS VERY VOCAL AND INDEPENDENT. Stray #7 - Scamper
Scamper is a sweet Domestic Short Haired kitty with White and Black markings. She came to Safe Harbor in June 2010 as a tiny kitten with her mom and brother (both adopted). They were abandoned in front of Safe Harbor. Today, Scamper if full of energy, yet enjoys to cuddle up on your lap or chest and chill out when you are watching TV or surfing the net. Scamper has been tested, vaccinated spayed and micro-chipped. She is available for adoption thru Safe Harbor, and is staying in a temporary foster home until a loving fur-ever home is found. Stray #8 - Miss Priz
Miss Priz, is a stunning ShizTzu with a silky black coat. She came to Safe Harbor in December 2012, when her owner was ready to dispose of her and several other Shiz Tzu's they had in their home. The owner claimed she could no longer care for them. Miss Priz is a very active and playful girl, who enjoys the company of people as well as other pets. She is well suited for a multi pet home or would make a great companion in a quiet adult home as well. She has been tested, vaccinated, spayed and micro-chipped. Stray #9 - Mimi
Mimi is a beautiful Tri Colored, Treeing Walker Coon Hound. She came to Safe Harbor in 2010 as an owner surrender. She was heartworm positive and her owner could not afford the medical care. She was just 2 years of age. Mimi received great medical care from Safe Harbor's veterinary staff, and today is heartworm free.
True to the breed, Mimi is quite agile and enjoys tireless games of fetch. She is best suited for an active owner who would enjoy a running buddy and trips to the beach. A large fenced yard is a must for this active girl. Today, Mimi resides at Safe Harbor's Palm City Ranch where she gets lots of exercise while she awaits a loving fur-ever home. Paws is a sweet Domestic Short Haired kitty with gray and white markings, Paws and his littermates were abandoned at Safe Harbor in July, 2012 as young kittens. Paws is a 'polydactal' or Hemmingway cat, as he has six toes on each paw. Paws is very friendly and affectionate. A few of his favorite things include playing with cat toys and everyone around him. Speck, is a handsome Domestic Short Haired kitten, with a silver gray coat. Speck came to Safe Harbor in 2012 as a stray at only 4 weeks of age. He and his littermates were raised in a loving Safe Harbor foster home. A few of his favorite things include playing with catnip filled toys, playing with other cats and cuddling up on a warm lap. He enjoys the company of people as well as other pets. He will make a great addition to an active home with or without other pets. Trish, is a sweet Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix. She came to Safe Harbor in July, 2012
as an owner surrender when her owner's living situation changed and was no longer able to keep her. Trish is a very gentle girl who enjoys short walks and very long naps. She is a total couch potato who prefers the company of people to other pets. She has been tested, vaccinated, spayed and micro-chipped. All Trish needs is a loving home.
