Lucy is a 2 year old rat terrier. She is sweet and loves people and cats. She likes to play and bask in the sun when she wears herself out. She is too tiny for homes with small children and would be perfect in an adult only home or if someone has weight restrictions on pets. Also Safe Harbor has 4 more small dogs that will be up for adoption in just a few days.
