She was rescued by County authorities because the people who owned her kept her tied up in the yard all day and night, which is illegal in Palm Beach County. To make it worse they provided her with no shelter from the sun. Her once beautiful red coat fell out and she got severe sunburn. Vegas has received medical attention at Safe Harbor and her hair is growing back. She is an amazing dog who despite her cruel treatment still loves people. She is very affectionate and loving. She needs a home where she can live inside and enjoy air conditioning and a soft place to sleep.
