Tipper, is a young female Hound Mix surrendered to Safe Harbor by her owner due to medical issues.
Tipper is a very active and playful girl who gets along well with everyone. Her heart is full of love & joy. Tipper would love a furever home with adults and possibly older children to enjoy her life with. She has special needs that are being addressed and treated by Safe Harbor's medical staff, she just needs a special family to live with. We are seeking a permanent Foster Home for Tipper. With this she will enjoy a loving family and home, and Safe Harbor will tend to 100% of her medical needs.
