Kato,is a handsome 8 month old
Brindle Hound Mix puppy. He was born at
Safe Harbor on Cinco de Mayo 2010, as were his eight litter-mates! Kato & his littermates were born at Safe Harbor because their mommy was surrendered when the owner could not afford her care.
Kato has been lovingly cared for by our staff since birth, and has a gentle, sweet temperament. He is both pet and people friendly and has started obedience training. Kato's ideal fur-ever home would include an active adult or couple, who can devote the time and attention this active, playful pup needs.
Older children would be great for Kato as well. He would love to enjoy a nice game of fetch in a fenced yard with the family. He has had enough of shelter life, and deserves a loving fur-ever home.
