Cooper, is a four month old Domestic Short Haired kitten with black and silver tabby markings.
He came to Safe Harbor with five siblings in January, 2012 at just a few weeks of age. He was raised in a loving Safe Harbor foster home. Cooper is very vocal and playful. He gets along with people as well As other pets. He has no problem letting everyone know he is the boss.
