At the beginning of the year I set a goal to stop drinking until the Super Bowl.  This was all triggered by the fact on Christmas Day I weighed myself and I was 245lbs (OMG). 

Since then, I lost 10, from just cutting out the beer and then plateaued.   So I sought out my friends at Quick Weight Loss Centers.  I started on Thursday and have already lost 5 lbs (230 lbs).   My goal is to get down to 185 so I’ll keep you updated!

Joined Quick Weight Loss on November 28.  Not even 8 weeks, and 35 pounds gone so far.  After a couple weeks, the doctor cut my blood pressure meds in half, and I’m seeing him on Friday to see if he can cut down or eliminate the blood sugar and cholesterol meds I’m on.  QWL really wants to switch me to a different plan, but that’ll hinge on what my doc says/does.  Physically, I feel SO much better!  I’m in it to lose 100 pounds, and I know I’ll do it.
